Refund policy

At Franean, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. After the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
