Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Franean. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once shipped, most deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. We currently ship across India, and are working toward expanding our delivery network in the near future. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, delays or delivery failures may occur, and additional charges may apply.
